Activities:
Over a two-month period, we conducted educational training sessions for students from the Faculty of Economics in Prilep and BAS Academy in Bitola, focusing on digital marketing. The program included interactive workshops, practical assignments, and expert-led lectures. Students explored essential topics like social media strategy, SEO, content creation, and analytics. Through real-world case studies and hands-on projects, they gained valuable insights into digital marketing tools and trends.
Results:
The training successfully equipped over 100 students with fundamental digital marketing skills, enhancing their employability and career readiness. Participants showed a 40% improvement in their understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools, as evidenced by pre- and post-training assessments. Additionally, many students applied their knowledge by creating practical marketing campaigns, earning praise from trainers for their creativity and strategic thinking. This initiative fostered stronger connections between academia and industry.
